Database of Available Chemical Substances

DACS is a Database of Available Chemical Substances with a rapidly growing number of unique chemical structures coming from diverse vendor. DACS was developed by the Drug Design Group of Ronald Kühne of the “Leibniz Forschungsinstitut für Molekulare Pharmakologie (FMP)” from 2013 to 2019 and was powered by Helmholtz Drug Research Initiative. Since 2020 the Group of Han Sun has has taken over further developments.

Due to the massive growth of the database to more than 100 million structures and profound adjustments for the introduction of global structure indexes, we are currently unable to provide open access to the database. For access to the collection we can offer an offline service in academic projects. Please find below contact informations for further information about this.
