Welcome to DACS.
DACS is a Database of Available Chemical Substances with ~38 million unique chemical structures coming from 43 vendor.
DACS is developed by the Drug Design Group of Ronald Kühne of the “Leibniz Institut für Molekulare Pharmakologie (FMP)”
and is powered by Helmholtz Drug Research Initiative and ChemAxon. We want to offer an efficient method to design chemical
libraries for different purposes.
At the moment we give public access to the data of 18 vendors, who agreed the usage of their compound
collection with the library design routine of our group on this server. For access to non-public collection we can offer an
offline service in academic projects. For this please find the contact information
in our about us section.
Molecule of the Session
The usage and the share of search result are free of charge but the share of bigger DACS extracts
need the written permission of the DACS coordinators. Please find the contact on the about us site.
